About Oundle Consulting
Tim George founded Oundle Consulting in 2020 and is Principal and Chief Operating Officer.
This was borne out of a commitment to business excellence gained from many decades of experience in a variety of roles.
Originally trained as a software developer in a FTSE 100 company in the early 1980s, he co-founded his own software company in his mid-twenties. After the sale of that business, a period of software consultancy followed before joining another major plc. Over the next two decades, as that business grew ten fold, he honed his commercial and strategic skills, achieving an MBA along the way.
The creation of Oundle Consulting was perhaps inevitable for someone who greatly enjoys problem-solving, innovation and strategic thinking.
